Jensen Silver Products are proudly handcrafted by Tyrel Jensen, an experienced silversmith and former professional bull rider. Tyrel began his career with metals in high school, building spurs for himself and his fellow bull riders. This interest led him to work with fellow silversmiths Kelly McRae and Peter Swales to further hone his skills and learn the art of design and engraving. Twenty-seven years later, his fine craftsmanship has led to him being described as one of the best silversmiths in Western Canada.
With a resume that includes building custom pieces for prestigious rodeos including the Calgary Stampede and the American Rodeo, Tyrel's eye for detail and design expertise has made him one of the most sought-after silversmiths in the western industry. His designs reflect his love of rodeo and career as a professional bull rider, making them sought after by many rodeo associations and committees.
Tyrel's self-taught stone setting and ring making techniques have become the envy of his peers. He works with clients to meet their individual needs and designs pieces that reflect their unique style.
